• Personal information: Full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gothram, nakshatram, and rashi — provided during registration and onboarding.
• Address information: Collected optionally for donation receipts.
• Payment information: Processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store card or bank details.
• Booking information: Seva bookings, room bookings, and donation records.
• Device information: Basic device data collected by Expo/React Native for app functionality.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process seva bookings, donations, and room reservations
• To send booking confirmations and donation receipts via email and SMS
• To provide OTP-based authentication
• To personalise your spiritual experience (language, nakshatra-based content)
• To manage your family member profiles for seva sankalpa

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Supabase — secure database and authentication provider
• Razorpay — payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant)
• MSG91 — OTP and SMS delivery
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Shopify — temple store e-commerce

4. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). We use Supabase Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure users can only access their own data. Passwords are never stored — we use Supabase Auth with secure token-based sessions.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.

6. Children's Privacy

Our app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Your Rights

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app.
